Get Launched Vegas is Positively Arts' transformative four-month artist development and performance experience inspired by the spirit of televised talent competitions such as American Idol. This one-of-a-kind program provides aspiring performers with unparalleled performance opportunities, industry master classes, and mentorship from some of the nation's most accomplished professionals from Broadway, Disney, television, film, and beyond.

There is no cost to participate in Get Launched Vegas.

The program is intentionally designed to simulate the rigor, expectations, and challenges that young artists often encounter in the entertainment industry—while providing the support, encouragement, and psychological safety necessary for healthy growth and development. Participants gain firsthand experience navigating auditions, receiving professional feedback, and performing under pressure, all within an environment that prioritizes kindness, respect, and mental wellness.

Through this experience, artists begin to develop the grit, resilience, adaptability, and professional mindset required to pursue their goals while maintaining a strong sense of self-worth. Students are encouraged to view setbacks not as failures, but as opportunities for growth and redirection. Throughout every stage of the program, we emphasize self-love, confidence, and personal growth, ensuring that each artist understands their value extends far beyond any single performance, audition, or outcome.

Two Pathways for Growth

From the beginning of the program, participants choose between one of two distinct pathways based on their personal goals and readiness:

Competition Track

The Competition Track is designed for artists who wish to experience the intensity and accountability associated with pursuing a professional career in the entertainment industry. Participants receive detailed feedback and constructive critiques from industry professionals and program Guides based on established performance criteria.

As in many professional auditions and competitions, advancement is earned through demonstrated growth and performance readiness. Not every participant will advance to each subsequent round, providing valuable opportunities to build resilience, professionalism, and perseverance in a supportive environment.

Journey Track

The Journey Track is designed for artists who are still discovering their unique talents, building confidence, or seeking additional experience performing on professional stages. While participants still receive encouragement and guidance from industry professionals, the emphasis is placed on exploration, personal growth, skill development, and artistic expression rather than competition.

Artists in the Journey Track continue through each performance opportunity regardless of outcome, allowing them to gain experience, develop confidence, and uncover their individual "superpower" at their own pace.

Whether an artist chooses the Competition Track or the Journey Track, the ultimate goal remains the same: to help young people discover their authentic voice, develop lifelong resilience, and leave the program with greater confidence in both their talents and themselves.
