Starting in the Top 40 Round, each artist will be sent a google drive link where they will be able to drop their mp3 karaoke tracks, video essay responses, and any other necessary materials required of them throughout the experience.

 

 If you have any problems dropping your materials into the link, you must email us at glv@positivelyarts.org at least 24 hours before your materials are due, so make sure to troubleshoot your google drive link well in advance.

* **PREP FOR VIP SHOWDOWN ROUND**

All artists must prepare a 90-second cut of their best song. We are not using the google drive folder yet, so please email tracks to glv@positivelyarts.org by Thursday, August 28th by 8PM

* **PREP FOR TOP 40 ROUND**

All artists must prepare a 90-second cut of a Top 40 song. This can be any song that has appeared on the Top 40 charts from any era; it does not have to be a current radio hit.

 

All cut MP3 tracks must be uploaded to the artist's Google Drive no later than Tuesday, September 9th, by 8:00 PM PST. All artists must submit their video essay responses to the artist's Google Drive no later than Thursday, September 11th, by 8:00 PM PST.

* **PREP FOR TOP 25 ROUND**

All artists must prepare a 90-second cut of a Broadway or Disney song.

 

All cut MP3 tracks must be uploaded to the artist's Google Drive no later than Tuesday, September 30th, by 8:00 PM PST. All artists must submit their video essay responses to the artist's Google Drive no later than Thursday, October 2nd, by 8:00 PM PST.

* **PREP FOR TOP 15 ROUND**

All artists must prepare two 2-minute cuts: one pop/rock song and one judge's choice song.

 

All cut MP3 tracks must be uploaded to the artist's Google Drive no later than Tuesday, October 21st, by 8:00 PM PST. All artists must submit their video essay responses to the artist's Google Drive no later than Thursday, October 23rd, by 8:00 PM PST.

* **PREP FOR FINALE SHOW**

All artists must prepare two 2-minute cuts: one song in their unique style and one duet with their mentor or another professional.

 

All cut MP3 tracks must be uploaded to the artist's Google Drive no later than Tuesday, November 11th, by 8:00 PM PST. All artists must submit their video essay responses to the artist's Google Drive no later than Thursday, November 13th, by 8:00 PM PST.
