LOAD IN/SOUND CHECK: 12:15PM

DOORS: 12:45PM

GROUP ONE SHOWTIME: 1PM - 1:45PM

GROUP TWO SHOWTIME: 2PM - 4PM

**PREP FOR VIP SHOWDOWN**

 

All artists must prepare 90-seconds of their best song.

All cut mp3 tracks must be emailed to glv@positivelyarts.org no later than Thursday, Aug 28th by 8PM PST.

 

Please bring money for lunch as this will be a long day.

We will split the group up into two separate groups.

You will be notified of your exact arrival time before the event.

Food will be available for purchase during the event.

No parents are allowed in the showroom, but there is an adjoining room where parents can order food if they’d like to stay for a little bit.

But, they must order food if they’re staying.

We will have chaperones at all events, so we encourage parents to drop off and pick up.

 

A “cut track” means that the song starts exactly where the artist will begin singing, obviously you may include enough instrumental lead in to get your pitch reference. We are not able to fast-forward through the beginning of songs. Your track doesn’t have to be cut at the end…the artist can simply stop singing onstage and say “thank you” and the sound man will fade their song after their 90-second cut.

​MP3 Track Resources: You can purchase MP3 tracks from websites like www.karaoke-version.com. Remember, we do not accept YOUTUBE links for your track. This helps maintain consistency and quality in the performance.
